Students are Advanced to Next Level, per Minister

April 27, 2020

Original Article:

According to ministerial orders, all students will be advanced to the next level of classes after they finish the requirements established for distance learning developed as a result of COVID-19.

For students who would be completing secondary education, according to the Saudi Arabian Ministry of Education, "Students expected to graduate (sixth level) will be provided with an alternative evaluation at the earliest time possible, for those who have not been able to conduct the assessments, or for those who wish to improve their academic achievement level. The Ministry of Education will determine the mechanism for that later, taking into consideration that the academic rate is not negatively affected in the case of calculating the marks of the academic year and the final evaluation for each course."
