Since June, ÐãÉ«Ö±²¥ Consulting Team Members Stan Henderson and Tomikia LeGrande have been meeting with various ÐãÉ«Ö±²¥ members and leadership groups to gather input on the direction of ÐãÉ«Ö±²¥ as part of the development of a new strategic plan. On September 11, 2020, Stan and Tomikia will meet with the ÐãÉ«Ö±²¥ Board of Directors to discuss their findings from the various focus groups and listening sessions with the membership and ÐãÉ«Ö±²¥ staff. The consultants will also work with the Board of Directors to develop goals for the new strategic plan based on the findings.
