Project management is a topic in higher education that is exciting for some and overwhelming for others. Regardless of the structure that exists within your institution, higher education professionals are managing project-related work. Creating systems and structures to support this work may be advantageous.

Higher education is under increasing pressure to deliver faster, smarter, and more student-centered results—often with fewer resources and rising complexity. According to recent insights from , , and , institutions that adopt modern project management practices, like agile, human-centered design, and integrated digital planning, are better equipped to navigate these demands. 

Join Ðãɫֱ²¥ members for the June Collective Gathering about approaches to project management in higher education. Whether you are exploring project management strategies, have a well-developed strategy, or have not yet considered project management strategies, this conversation is the space for you. Participants will share best practices, lessons learned, and approaches to project management.
