Paige Selman Boucher is a member of the Impact and Engagement department at Ðãɫֱ²¥. She helps foster digital and in-person engagement opportunities that align with Ðãɫֱ²¥’s strategic goals, with a special focus on developing community for members. She manages the Exchange, Ðãɫֱ²¥’s online community platform, which offers a way for members to connect with their communities outside of in-person convenings. Paige also supports and works to strengthen Ðãɫֱ²¥'s volunteer program by creating a clear recruitment funnel, visualizing volunteer opportunities, and providing comprehensive support. Lastly, she analyzes and visualizes engagement data at Ðãɫֱ²¥ to track progress toward strategic goals and improve member engagement opportunities. Paige joined Ðãɫֱ²¥ staff in 2023. Prior to Ðãɫֱ²¥, she worked at The University of Texas at Dallas as the Peer-Led Team Learning Program Coordinator. She received a Master’s Degree in Higher Education Administration in 2020 and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management in 2017, both from The University of Kansas. Paige currently works remotely from Dallas, Texas. She enjoys checking out local restaurants, drawing, and running.

Paige manages member-driven networks. She encourages collaboration throughout the membership empowering Ðãɫֱ²¥ professionals to leverage resources, professional functions, and personal identities.
