Greetings,
It is our pleasure to present this of the ongoing activities of the Standardization of Postsecondary Education Electronic Data Exchange (SPEEDE) Committee of the Ðãɫֱ²¥ (Ðãɫֱ²¥). The Ðãɫֱ²¥ SPEEDE Committee was formed in the mid 1980’s and has been very active since then in the coordination, development, and implementation of international exchange standards in
United States and Canada by representing secondary and postsecondary education in collaboration with the standards setting body, P20W Education Standards Council (PESC). The Committee reports to the Ðãɫֱ²¥ Vice President for Information Technology (Group VI), Nicole Rovig.
We are pleased to welcome our newest committee member Jeff Elliott from University of Missouri. Jeff brings with him knowledge of standards implementation and usage across the healthcare industry and technical knowledge of enterprise data warehousing. We are excited to have this new perspective to draw from in our discussions. We also say farewell to Melissa Dean as she shifts full focus to her institution’s needs. Although we only had Melissa on the
committee for a short time we appreciate her dedication to work on standards and EDX at her institution.
We hope you enjoy this More information can be found at the .
