As a Community and Content Facilitator, you will collaborate closely with the Community and Volunteer Manager (CVM) and play a pivotal role in fostering virtual engagement among ÐãÉ«Ö±²¥ members.
The primary responsibility of Community and Content Facilitators is to work hand in hand with the ÐãÉ«Ö±²¥ CVM, Paige Selman Boucher. Together, you will identify captivating topics, skilled presenters, and interactive elements to enrich virtual events. These include the monthly Collective meeting and the upcoming ÐãÉ«Ö±²¥ Exchange, which is scheduled for launch in Fall 2023. By spearheading the facilitation process, Community and Content Facilitators hold the key to unlocking the potential of ÐãÉ«Ö±²¥'s virtual platforms.
What You'll Be Doing
Integral to this role is active participation in the moderation, engagement measurement, and feedback process. As facilitators, you will take the reins in shaping how ÐãÉ«Ö±²¥ presents its content and delivers professional development opportunities.
