Dr. DeOnte T. Brown is a higher education leader with more than 15 years of experience spanning student support services, academic affairs, and enrollment management. He currently serves as Assistant Dean and Director of the Center for Academic Retention and Enhancement (CARE) at Florida State University (FSU), where he leads comprehensive support initiatives for students who are first-generation, from limited income families or under resourced educational environments. In this role, Dr. Brown helps shape institutional strategy through his leadership in both the Division of Undergraduate Studies and the Division of Student Affairs. Prior to returning to Florida State, he was engaged in similar work at Clemson University to also include orientation and family programs.
He is an active contributor to professional associations such as NASPA and NACADA. He has been recognized nationally with the Outstanding First-Year Student Advocate Award and a NASPA Excellence Award for his programmatic leadership. Beyond professional association engagement, Dr. Brown has published works related to student success and student support practices.
He earned his Ph.D. in Learning Sciences from Clemson University, where his research explored how students’ personal, behavioral, and environmental factors shape academic and career trajectories. He also holds a Master of Education from Florida A&M University and a Bachelor of Science in Public Administration from the University of Central Florida.
Christian Winnewisser brings over a decade of experience in higher education leadership, with a focus on academic records, student services, and institutional compliance. As Registrar at the Colleges of Law, he also serves as the School Certifying Official for the Department of Veterans Affairs and the Accommodations Coordinator, ensuring equitable access and support for a diverse student body.
Christian plays a central role in enrollment forecasting, applying data-informed strategies to support institutional planning and resource allocation. His insights guide cross-departmental decision-making, aligning enrollment trends with academic scheduling, staffing, and student services. He holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership and Change, which informs his collaborative and strategic approach to policy development, process improvement, and student-centered service delivery. Committed to operational excellence, equity, and innovation, Christian works closely with faculty, administrators, and external stakeholders to enhance student outcomes and institutional effectiveness.

With over 20 years of experience in Higher Education, Jennifer Van Dyk has built a career grounded in a deep passion for student success and learning. Serving at a four-year public state institution in New Jersey, she began her journey in Student Affairs within Residential Student Services. She developed a strong foundation in student engagement and campus life.
Her path led to Academic Affairs in a Dean's Office and now to the Registrar's Office where she oversees class scheduling and registration, ensuring students have the access and structure they need to succeed. In addition to administrative leadership, she has taught various Reading and Freshman Seminar courses, bringing her passion for learning directly into the classroom. These experiences have shaped a holistic understanding of the student experience, both inside and outside the classroom.

Fisher is the Director of Enrolment Planning and International Admissions at Centennial College in Toronto, Canada. With over two decades of experience in Canadian postsecondary education, he leads college-wide enrolment optimization and international admissions strategy. Recognized for advancing data-informed SEM practices, AI-driven projection modelling, and institutional collaboration, Fisher has launched strategic frameworks and student-centered innovations. My name is Nicole Wilson, and I have dedicated the past 20 years to serving in various roles within higher education. Currently, I serve as the Registrar, where I am responsible for upholding the integrity of the university and ensuring full compliance with our accrediting agency's standards.
Morgan A. Jackson is the Assistant University Registrar for Transfer Credit at the University of Alabama. With more than a decade of experience in higher education, she has also served as the Student Services Staff Trainer at Troy University, Student Services Advisor and Coordinator at Troy University, and adjunct instructor for Shelton State Community College, Troy University at Troy, and Troy University at Montgomery. Morgan currently serves as the 2024-2026 Executive Committee Secretary for The Southern Association of Collegiate Registrars and Admissions Officers (SACRAO). Will Lipske is the Associate University Registrar for Academic Services at the University of Wisconsin – Madison. Dr. Vicki Walker is a seasoned higher education administrator with over two decades of experience in student financial aid and registration services. Currently, she serves as the Associate Director of Financial Aid & Registration at the NYIT College of Osteopathic Medicine (NYITCOM) at Arkansas State University, a position she has held since the campus's inception in 2016. In this role, Dr. Walker has been instrumental in guiding medical students through the complexities of financial aid and registration processes, ensuring compliance with federal and institutional policies, and assisting students in navigating scholarship opportunities. In 2018, Dr. Walker served as President of the Arkansas Association of Student Financial Aid Administrators (AASFAA), demonstrating her commitment to leadership and excellence in the financial aid profession across the state.
